1. Right to Return
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:
The product is unopened and unused.
The original packaging remains sealed and undamaged.
The item is in a resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened or unsealed products.
Products that have been used or partially consumed.
Products returned without their original packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

For health and safety reasons, food supplements cannot be returned once opened, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
